Putin took first place in the rating of trust of Russian residents
Moscow, October 24, 2020, 16:50 – REGNUM In the list of 100 persons enjoying the greatest trust among the residents of the Russian Federation, the current head of state Vladimir Putin took the first place. This, according to RBC, is evidenced by the data of the research holding “Romir”.
Sociologists of the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion (VTsIOM), based on the data of a survey conducted on October 12-18, estimate the level of trust in the Russian leader at 67.7%, and experts of the Public Opinion Foundation (FOM), in turn, note that Putin trusted by 59% of respondents.
According to Romir, the second position in the list of persons, having overtaken the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia Vladimir Zhirinovsky (third place), was taken by the head of the Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation Sergei Lavrov.
The top 10 also includes Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, TV presenter Andrei Malakhov, showman Maxim Galkin, actor Konstantin Khabensky and journalist Vladimir Soloviev.
It is noted that a total of 2.4 thousand people took part in the survey, who could independently choose up to seven persons. The point rating of individuals was compiled according to the survey results.
