Vostokugol and Sibanthracite apologized to Bosov’s partner for publications about embezzlement
The companies “Sibanthracite” and “Vostokugol”, owned by businessman Dmitry Bosov, published apologies and denials of their messages about the dismissal of Alexander Isaev in connection with abuse and embezzlement. Mr. Bosov, who was in conflict with the fired manager, committed suicide in May.
Let us remind you that on April 6, on the websites of Vostokugol and Sibanthracite, a laconic message was given, entitled Isaev Fired. The reason for the termination of all relationships with him and the dismissal were called “flagrant abuses and theft in the areas of work entrusted to him, dissemination of inaccurate information about our activities.”
The messages have now been deleted. “The site … published messages containing information about the removal of Mr. Isaev Alexander Sergeevich from all positions in the companies of the Sibanthracite and Vostokugol groups in connection with abuse and theft in the areas of work entrusted to him and the dissemination of inaccurate information, as well as his participation in illegal activities of the Isaev-Sazonov-Baranov group. We hereby inform you that the published information does not correspond to reality, ”the statements say.
Alexander Isaev was the chairman of the board of Vostokugol (he owned a 50% share) and a member of the board of directors of Sibanthracite. He was a business partner of Dmitry Bosov. The media reported that they had a conflict. At the end of April, Mr. Isaev filed a lawsuit with the Moscow Arbitration Court for the protection of honor and dignity. Today, November 13, he told RBC that he was withdrawing the claim and was “completely satisfied.”
Read about the conflict between businessmen in the material of Kommersant “Vostokugol with encumbrances.”
