Dzhigarkhanyan’s legacy was appreciated
People’s Artist of the USSR Armen Dzhigarkhanyan owned part of a three-room apartment in Starokonyushenny lane in Moscow, the total cost of which is about 30 million rubles. The actor’s inheritance was assessed by the Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper on Saturday, November 14.
It is noted that Dzhigarkhanyan got the apartment from the Moscow authorities, he subsequently privatized it, and following the results of the divorce from Tatyana Vlasova, he divided the property in half with his ex-wife. Later, he sold his half of the apartment, and part of the money from the sale by proxy was withdrawn from the artist’s account by his next wife, Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya. Subsequently, the businessman, who bought part of the apartment from Dzhigarkhanyan, returned this property to the actor, and is now trying to recover the money withdrawn from the sale from Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya.
Dzhigarkhanyan also owned a one-room apartment with an area of 54 square meters in the Krasnogvardeisky district, its cost is about five million rubles.
People’s Artist of the USSR Armen Dzhigarkhanyan died at the age of 85 on the morning of November 14, the cause of death was kidney failure. He will be buried at the Vagankovsky cemetery on November 17.
