Former adviser to the head of the Federal Agency for Fishery Yuri Khokhlov, accused of attempted fraud, has been extradited from Cyprus to Russia, the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office said. Yuri Khokhlov is accused of trying to sell the deputy head of the Federal Agency for Fishery for $ 7 million.
