The change of leaders took place against the backdrop of an increase in the share price of NLMK shares with a simultaneous decrease in the quotations of Norilsk Nickel
The largest shareholder of the NLMK group, Vladimir Lisin, is on the first place in the list of the richest businessmen in Russia, according to Forbes’ real-time rating. According to the magazine’s experts, Lisin’s fortune is now $ 26.1 billion, which is $ 8 billion more than the estimate at the time the Forbes list of billionaires was published in April 2020.
Vladimir Potanin, the president of Norilsk Nickel, who then topped the rating, also significantly increased his fortune – from $ 19.7 billion to $ 26 billion. During trading on the Moscow Exchange on Thursday, the value of the first securities rose to 219.36 rubles. per piece (+ 0.6%), and the second decreased to 21,126 rubles. (minus 0.96%). According to Forbes, over the last day, Lisin increased his fortune by $ 252 million, and Potanin lost $ 336 million.
The fortunes of the remaining members of the top 10 richest businessmen in Russia, according to Forbes, also change in different directions:
According to Bloomberg, the richest businessman in Russia is still Vladimir Potanin, whose fortune is $ 29.4 billion.
