Mishustin appointed deputy ministers of transport and digital development
Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has appointed deputy ministers in the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Transport. The corresponding orders are published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
Vladimir Belanovskiy has been appointed Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, it follows from the order. Previously, he served as Deputy Director of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation and Head of the Special Communications and Information Service of the Federal Security Service.
Also, Mr. Mishustin appointed Oleg Pak as Secretary of State and Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media. Previously, he was the first deputy in the same ministry. The post of State Secretary – Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media was previously held by Lyudmila Bokova. She was dismissed from office in September.
Kirill Bogdanov, former Deputy General Director for Information Technologies of Aeroflot, has been appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Transport.
In November, Mikhail Mishustin dismissed Deputy Transport Minister Alexei Semenov, who oversaw the digital development of the transport industry, from office at his request. In the same month, Vitaly Savelyev, who had previously headed Aeroflot for more than ten years, was appointed Minister of Transport.
