Dmitry Kozak, head of the Russian delegation at the Normandy Four negotiations, deputy chief of the presidential administration of Russia, said that during the meeting in Berlin, the advisers could not come to an agreement on issues related to Donbass. According to him, the advisers had a frank and useful conversation, but “there is nothing to brag about.” “It was not possible to find final solutions.
