Boris Grachevsky was again put into a coma
Boris Grachevsky, the artistic director of Yeralash, was again put into a state of drug-induced coma. The Baza edition writes about it.
The 71-year-old director is in intensive care. He was connected to an extracorporeal membrane oxygenation apparatus (a device for saturating blood with oxygen during the development of acute respiratory failure). The condition of the filmmaker is assessed as grave. The reason for the deterioration of Grachevsky’s health was the complications caused by coronavirus infection.
On January 9, it was reported that Grachevsky was feeling better. A day earlier it became known that he was diagnosed with severe lung damage. Grachevsky contracted the coronavirus on December 21, then he was at home. His condition worsened by the end of the year, he was admitted to the intensive care unit of the Moscow hospital No. 52.
Grachevsky is a Soviet and Russian director, artistic director of the Yeralash children’s film magazine since 2002.
