It became known about the first victims of the An-26 plane crash in Almaty. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan, RIA Novosti reports.
According to the ministry, four people were killed. Before that, it was reported that there were six people on board.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations added that two survivors were sent to the nearest hospital in the Ili region. The information about the hospitalization was confirmed to the agency by the city health department.
There are 10 ambulance resuscitation teams working on the spot. The message also says that the Ministry of Emergency Situations eliminated the fire of the aircraft.
The crash of the An-26 aircraft became known earlier on March 13. The board followed the route Nur-Sultan – Almaty, it belonged to the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan. The accident occurred when the aircraft was approaching for landing at the end of the runway.
